Online Education and Business Programs Ranked Among Best in Nation

The
School
of Education and the Frank G. Zarb
School of Business have some of the best online programs in the nation,
according to U.S. News & World Report’s
2019 rankings.

Hofstra’s online Education program
was ranked #69 out of 299, according to the magazine’s  Best Online
Education Programs rankings. Hofstra went up seven spots compared to 2018. U.S. News ranked schools based on five
general categories, including engagement, services and technologies, expert opinion,
student excellence, and faculty credentials and training.

Hofstra’s online MBA program came in at
#58 out of 285. The program also was recently ranked #16 by Princeton Review and #9 by Poets &
Quants, a leading news site covering business schools
and business education.

The Zarb School is expanding its online offerings, with new MS
programs in accounting and finance. The School of Education is launching a new
online-only course in the Fall 2019 on teaching foreign language in immersion
settings.
