Universal Pre-K Program Receives Grant

The School of Education’s New York State Universal Pre-K Program was awarded an over $300,000 grant from the Farmingdale Union Free School District for the 2019-2020 academic year.

Under the direction of Bonnie Epstein, professor of teaching, learning and technology, the program gives newly certificated Hofstra education graduates a chance to complete their first year of teaching with consistent professional support.
