R&D Management in the Knowledge Era

Brian Galli, assistant professor of engineering and graduate program director, Master of Science in Engineering Management, has co-authored R&D Management in the Knowledge Era – Challenges of Emerging Technologies (Springer, 2019).

The book explores technology and engineering tools, R&D,
knowledge transfer and entrepreneurial education, the development and
application of the technology transfer process which allows managers to succeed
in commercializing the outcomes of R&D projects, and the effect of economic
decision-making, leadership styles, change management and quality management on
an organization’s ability to plan and execute engineering initiatives and
projects.
