Lawrence Levy, executive dean of the National Center for Suburban Studies at Hofstra University, and Martine Hackett, public health professor in the School of Health Professions and Human Services, were both featured in a U.S. News & World Report story that examined the “suburban myth of health and wealth” in Nassau County. Master of Public Health alum Nuzhat Quaderi’14, who manages Northwell Health’s community health worker program, is also quoted.
