The Frank G. Zarb School of Business will offer new online graduate programs in accounting and finance for the Fall 2019 semester.
The new 30-credit Master of Science degrees will offer the same curriculum, small class size and faculty engagement as on-campus MS programs. The online programs can be completed in as little as 18 months, depending on course load and prerequisites.
“What has changed is the delivery from in-person to online,” said Herman Berliner, dean of the Frank G. Zarb School of Business. “We will keep the personal touch, while providing more flexibility and choice for our students.”
“Hofstra’s online MBA program launched in 2011 and has consistently ranked among the best online MBA programs in the nation by The Princeton Review, U.S. News & World Report, and Poets & Quants.” Berliner said. “These two new online programs will join our very highly ranked online MBA program, providing a full-service education with more flexibility and choice for our students.”
Additionally, Hofstra expects to launch similar versions of other MS business programs over the next few years.
