Assistant Professor of Political Science Craig Burnett testified about ranked choice voting before a New York City Charter Revision Commission convened to collect expert opinions on ways to foster increased participation in municipal elections.  Read about his testimony in the Gotham Gazette.

Ranked-choice voting is a system that allows voters to specify a first-choice candidate, second-choice candidate, third-choice, and so on.
