Hofstra University is holding several Summer Transfer Days throughout the summer to offer prospective transfer students a chance to learn more about the university, get an on-the-spot admission decision and register for classes.
Transfer Days are scheduled for July 26, August 2, August 3, August 9, August 10, August 16, August 22 and August 23, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Potential students will meet with transfer counselors who will give them an assessment of transfer credits, and discuss aid opportunities with a financial services counselor.
Students interested in transferring to Hofstra must bring transcripts for all colleges they’ve attended. The application fee for transfer students will be waived.
Transfer Days are packed with opportunities to discuss your future with knowledgeable faculty representing various offices within the university. Campus tours will also be offered. Students can meet with an academic advisor, register for classes and even get their Hofstra photo ID – all in one day.
