Hofstra’s annual Great Writers, Great Readings Series continues wraps up the fall with author Emily St. John Mandel on Wednesday, December 2, 2015, at 7 p.m. Location is the Guthart Theater, first floor, Axinn Library, South Campus.
Mandel is the author of four novels, most recently Station Eleven, a finalist for the National Book Award and the PEN/Faulkner Award, and winner of the 2015 Arthur C. Clarke Award. The spring 2016 lineup for Great Writers, Great Readings includes poet Laurie Scheck (February 22), playwright Amy Herzog (March 16), and author Dani Shapiro (April 11).
