Kara Alaimo, PhD, assistant professor in the Department of Journalism, Media Studies, and Public Relations, was a featured speaker at the World Communication Forum on March 10 and 11 in Davos, Switzerland, where she presented on the global communications agenda for 2015.
The conference brings together experts and leaders from five continents to discuss the development and role of communications in business, society, and politics. Dr. Alaimo, who has worked in President Obama’s administration and for the United Nations, is also serving on the board organizing next year’s World Communication Forum.
