Marissa Espinoza is a senior Honors College student with triple majors in political science, economics, and psychology, as well as double minors in Latin American studies and Spanish. She is president of the Hofstra chapter of Common Sense Action, a bipartisan millennial movement to get her generation engaged with policy making and politics. During her time at Hofstra, she’s done four internships and also received a grant to conduct research on the Federal Reserve’s post-financial crisis policies. Marissa is also a Big Brothers Big Sisters of Long Island volunteer, and plans to attend law school after graduation.
