Dean and Rollins Share Political Insight with Local HS Students

Earlier today Hofstra University hosted the Fourth Annual High School Student Symposium and Essay Contest co-sponsored by the School of Education and the Peter S. Kalikow Center for the Study of the American Presidency

Kalikow panelFeaturing a conversation with Hofstra University Senior Presidential Scholars Howard Dean and Edward J. Rollins, led by Dr. Meena Bose, the Peter S. Kalikow Chair in Presidential Studies at Hofstra University, this event provided high school students and teachers with a view of presidential leadership from the perspective of two seasoned political analysts.

More than 350 students attended from area high schools, including Bayport, Calhoun, Deer Park, Garden City, Great Neck South, Hauppauge, Hewlett-Woodmere, Island Trees, Lindenhurst, Mepham, North Babylon, and Wheatly.
