Toy Drive 2013

Hofstra University’s fourth annual toy drive collected more than 700 toys and games for needy children this year, exceeding last year’s efforts by about 200 donations. The toy drive benefits the Mary Brennan Interfaith Nutrition Networks (INN), a non-profit agency that provides food, shelter, and social programs to disadvantaged individuals and families across Long Island.

Over 700 toys! What an effort and great success. Hofstra should be very proud of this accomplishment that will bring so much joy to so many children this time of year. Great post!

  • Don’t stop counting just yet. The Hofstra PA program has a toy drive ending tomorrow, benefiting Toys for Tots that currently has just over 800 toys. Meaning that Hofstra has brought in over 1500 toys all together.
