Author Masha Gessen to Discuss US-Russian Affairs

A conversation with Russian-American journalist and author Masha Gessen is the first Hofstra Cultural Center signature event on Wednesday, September 27, at 3 p.m. at The Helene Fortunoff Theater. Gessen, an expert on Vladimir Putin and the author of the forthcoming book The Future Is History: How Totalitarianism Reclaimed Russia, will discuss US and Russian affairs. Advance copies of The Future Is History will be available for purchase and signing at the event.
