Emma Schmich’s “Individual Rhythm” Premieres at the FORM Gallery

In its last exhibit for the fall 2013 semester, the student-run FORM Gallery presents Individual Rhythm by Emma Schmich, December 16-20. Schmich, who is from Northport, NY, is a senior fine arts major with a concentration in graphic design.

Individual Rhythm is Schmich’s collection of self-portraits. Her artistic inspirations include Cindy Sherman, Pink Floyd, Nirvana, Grateful Dead, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, David Bowie, and Led Zeppelin.

The FORM Gallery is located on the first floor of Calkins Hall, South Campus. Admission is free and open to the public. Viewing hours are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. For more information call the Department of Fine Arts Design and Art History at 516-463-5474.
