Fall Festival Weekend 2013 will kick off on Friday night at 8 p.m. in Adams Playhouse, where the Fall Festival Court will be interviewed before students and a panel of judges cast their ballots for king and queen. The 12 seniors in this year’s court are: Mike Morrison, Ron Singh, Billy Finnegan, Henry Schwartz, Justin Smith, Neil Schloth, Rachel Tom-Quinn, Kristen Brown, Mariar Pecoraro, Brittany Romain, Stephanie Malone and Julia Chappell.

Each court member will be asked two questions, and present a five-minute performance of their choosing that demonstrates why they should be chosen king or queen. Only students who attend Friday night’s showcase are eligible to vote.  The court will be presented and the king and queen crowned on Saturday afternoon during the Vibe Live concert, which will feature tribute band Bon Journey, Sugar Ray and Ke$ha. The Out Loud Comedy Show with Aziz Ansari will follow the concert and a fireworks display on Saturday night.

Hofstra’s Fall Festival is open to Hofstra students, parents and family, faculty and staff, and alumni. Tickets are still available.
