Hofstra University has awarded tenure and/or promotion to 26 faculty members, including two in the School of Health Sciences and Human Services, 12 in Hofstra College of Liberal Arts & Sciences, two from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law, one from the School of Engineering and Applied Science; two in the School of Education, three in the Lawrence Herbert School of Communication and four in the Frank G. Zarb School of Business.

Faculty tenure effective September 1, 2014 and promotion effective September 1, 2013

Assistant Professor Jason Davidow, in the Department of Speech-Language-Hearing Sciences, was awarded tenure and promoted to the rank of Associate Professor.

Assistant Professor Anita Feldman, in the Department of Drama and Dance, was awarded tenure and promoted to the rank of Associate Professor.

Associate Professor Akilah Folai, in the Maurice A. Deane School of Law, was awarded tenure and promoted to the rank of Professor.

Assistant Professor Saryn Goldberg, in the Department of Engineering, was awarded tenure and promoted to the rank of Associate Professor.

Assistant Professor Peter Goodman, in the Department of Journalism, Media Studies, and Public Relations, was awarded tenure and promoted to the rank of Associate Professor.

Assistant Professor William Jennings, in the Department of Radio, Television, Film, was awarded tenure and promoted to the rank of Associate Professor.

Assistant Professor Kari Jensen, in the Department of Global Studies and Geography, was awarded tenure and promoted to the rank of Associate Professor.

Associate Professor Katrina Kuh, in the Maurice A.  Deane School of Law, was awarded tenure and promoted to the rank of Professor.

Assistant Professor Sarah Novak, in the Department of Psychology, was awarded tenure and promoted to the rank of Associate Professor.

Assistant Professor Oskar Pineño, in the Department of Psychology, was awarded tenure and promoted to the rank of Associate Professor.

Assistant Professor Sage Rose, in the Department of Counseling and Mental Health Professions, was awarded tenure and promoted to the rank of Associate Professor.

Assistant Professor Ronald Sarno, in the Department of Biology, was awarded tenure and promoted to the rank of Associate Professor.

Assistant Professor Richard Wilson, in the Department of Marketing and International Business, was awarded tenure and promoted to the rank of Associate Professor.
